Vishal Lala is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Polar Racking, which he founded over 16 years ago. Under his leadership, Polar has grown into a globally recognized manufacturer of solar mounting solutions, trusted by the world’s largest utilities, developers and EPCs.A CFA charter holder, Vishal combines financial expertise, operational leadership, and entrepreneurial drive. Before founding Polar, he successfully built and exited a manufacturing business in Montreal.  Vishal is deeply passionate about people and the culture at Team Polar. He believes that investing in talent, fostering collaboration, and empowering employees are key drivers of the company’s ongoing innovation and success.Today, Vishal leads Polar Racking’s expansion into new international markets, with a relentless focus on quality, innovation, strategic partnerships, and customer success.
