Polar Racking is pleased to introduce Praneeth Yarlagadda, Mechanical Design Engineer Manager, who works out of the India office. Praneeth is a veteran in the design engineering field with over 12 years of industry experience, designing heavy structures and mobile enclosures for data centers, power utilities, generators and telecom centers.

Background Work Experience: Design Engineering

Intrigued by how things were built and with a naturally creative eye, Praneeth thrived in the world of mechanical engineering and design. Throughout his career, he has built a wealth of knowledge around design modeling, drafting structures, and managing supply chain operations. Some of his largest achievements include doubling production capacity by using parametric modeling and implementing structured processes to execute the flow of production operations.

Role at Polar Racking

In his new role, Praneeth will be supervising a team of engineers in India, overseeing the design of ground-mount racking and solar carports. “The biggest challenge is matching the speed of production requests,” says Praneeth. “My goal is to implement a standardized process to ensure continuous improvement in our work processes, delivering our designs well within the timeframe.”

Praneeth is an asset to the Polar Racking team helping to build on the company’s momentum in scaling its business processes. Building on Polar Racking’s exceptional year, the company is anticipating exponential growth in the next few years. Praneeth and his team of design engineers are ready to meet the rising demand for Polar’s products and services.

Outside of work, Praneeth enjoys traveling and adventuring to various beaches around the world. He also operates his own farm, growing rice, and sugar cane.
